This is a new build townhouse. It has light filled interiors and features a large lounge/dining area, open plan kitchen with a door onto a large balcony.

A double unfurnished room available with a large internal double wardrobe, you will have your own bathroom ensuring privacy and convenience. Both are on the bottom floor allowing for own personal space (option for room to be furnished if desired). Plenty of storage in garage area and under stairs.

Common areas are fully furnished with well equipped kitchen with ample storage. Fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry area in internally accessed garage.
