Jenny's room

The home is a mid 80s two storied McCrayway home on the outskirts of Whanganui East. The room is furnished (including sheets and towels) and a small lounge room is included. You will have your own shower/bathroom and seperate toilet. The room charge includes power, gas, rubbish removal and internet. The kitchen and TV lounge are shared. The home is decorated colourfully and rooms are decorated and furnished nicely ready for a likeminded flatmate. A small quietish dog is negotiable as are most things for the right person.

A 60+ female lives in a flat on the property and shares the kitchen rarely and the TV lounge often. A 60+ widow lives in the top mezzanine floor of the house and uses the kitchen and TV lounge also. She has a Senior Shi Tzu dog who likes to sleep and shares the lounge and kitchen too. We live quietly (other than the laughter) drink rarely, don’t smoke and no illicit drugs and worry about the garden being too much for us lol. We are clean and tidy and like fun. We are looking for someone who lives a similar life style.
