Plenty of street parking available on a wide street corner section, dead end down one road, not particularly busy. Just under 20-minute walk to Northlands Mall and plenty of bus stops a short walk away. Also close to the cycleway which is just a 20 min cycle to Hagley Park - which is my transport of choice to work.

I am a 24 year old working professional. I spend a lot of my free time taking my dog (7 year old chcoclate lab who lives at the house) out for a walk or swim/ baking/ attempting crafts and love to spend Saturday night rugged up in front of the TV for a good movie night. The other flatmate is a new graduate engineer also working in the city centre. She loves to get outdoors on the weekend, hiking and climbing mountains. We are looking for similar aged working females hopefully with similar interests, but just generally a respectful, good to be around person.
