The flat is a 3 minute walk from Jackson street and to a bus stop. Also around a 10ish minute walk to Petone station, Weltec Petone campus and PaknSave.

We are looking to fill one spacious bedroom, enough room for a queen bed, desk and more. The room comes with a wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a toilet and a shower, so you would essentially have a bathroom to yourself. There is on street parking available.

Kitchen has a gas stove. Laundry is in one of the bathrooms and has a washing machine. There is a sizeable outdoor area, with a garden and washing line. Fibre internet installed.

Rent is $225 per week, expenses excluded. Bond is 3 weeks rent, so $675. Move in date is 7th of April.

The room would be great a young person studying or working in Petone and/or Wellington Ideal flatmate would also be around our age who likes to keep a tidy and respectful flat.
