It is set in rural Manawatu on a 15 acres at Linton, on the southern side of Palmerston North, and 10 minutes away from Massey. It is a contemporary house in a beautiful spot with manicured grounds. The bedroom is one of two at one end of the house with the main bathroom which is only used by visitors. The other bedroom at the same end of the house is only occupied half the time by the property owner’s daughter. The property owner resides at the other end of the house and there is a living space central. There is also a large office which is utilised as study for the property owner. Dog friendly but not inside the house, the property is well set up for dogs. The house is warm, homely, tidy, quiet and there is plenty of space. There are approx 50 animals on the property (beef, sheep, chooks and 1 cat (would be ideal but not limited to a vet student)).

I am a motivated, professional, and easy going individual with a good sense of humour. I believe I am easy to get along with and my wonderful daughter is with me for half of the time, and is similar in nature. I run a small hobby farm raising sheep and beef.
