Looking for a working long-term flatmate for one bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house in Spreydon. You will be sharing the house with a chilled couple.

$230 for a single person and $280 for couple including all utilities. The room will be available in a week.

Fully furnished with a king size bed and mattress (which can be separated into two single beds), a tall boy, a pantry cupboard, a tv, and a separate fridge freezer. The house is very warm with the HRV system in place. A portable heater is also provided in the room.

Rent is inclusive of power and fast fiber internet. Parking is on the street in a safe neighborhood. 2-wheelers can have off-street parking. Not suitable for pets or children. Looking for a reliable person who pays rent on time.

You will be filling out a flatmate/sharing agreement form. Move-in cost is one/two weeks rent in advance with 2 weeks rent in bond(firm). You will be sharing the house with a couple in their late thirties. Husband is working full time whereas the wife is a full time nursing student. We enjoy an occassional beer during the weekend to de-stress otherwise we usually mind our own business. We prefer to do home cooking mostly thus a good sized kitchen. We are always available for a chat.
