Large bedroom with queen bed. Has a walk-in wardrobe and includes private ensuite. Sliding door opens out to the back yard. Room 1 of 2 available in a 3-bedroom home so would have a max of 3 people living here at one time. Newly built 3-bedroom located in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to town.

I work full time and this includes a bit of out of town travel. Ideally looking for a person who is in regular full time employment, non-smoker/ vaper. Must be clean, kind, trustworthy and respectful. Definitely not a party house.
