Kinver Place

A modern house halfway between the city and the Port Hills. The house is fully furnished, very well insulated and warm throughout the year. Electricity bills are typically very low by New Zealand standards. The bedroom comes with a bedframe, mattress and pillows. You would only need to bring your own linen.

Barrington Mall, Park and Library are just across the road an Pioneer Leisure Centre is a short distance away, Parking is on street and there is a bus stop at the end of the street. It is an easy cycle from here to town or the hills. The house also has a space to eat outside and a small garden (abit neglected at the moment TBH).

I am a 36 year old male surveyor. I am very into the outdoors (hiking, climbing, mountaineering, biking, skiing, etc.) and generally into being out and about doing stuff and socializing.

At home I tend to be very chill, my friends are more likely to come over for a chat and a cup of tea than a party. I am a neat and tidy person, my tastes are pretty minimalist. If you can help look after my small group of beleaguered house plants that would be great!
