Beth's room

The house is a new townhouse in Spreydon area. Close to shops and transport links, off street parking.
The room is a double room, with a large wardrobe and you would have your own bathroom. All furniture is included. Large kitchen and living area, and lots of storage space. It’s just myself and my boyfriend who would also be living in the house. There is also a spare room for any family and friends that come to visit. The room would be $400 a week, all bills included.

Myself and my boyfriend are both working professionals. We are originally from Scotland but I was raised in New Zealand. We are an active couple who enjoy travelling, walks, and exploring New Zealand in our campervan. We are looking for respectful and friendly housemates. Although we enjoy a wine in the evenings, or a trip to the pub, this is not a party house.
