We have a self-contained studio flat in the downstairs of our family home in Lynmore. It
s only 200m away from the Redwoods, a 10 minutes drive to Lake Ōkareka, and not even 10 minutes into the CBD. It is one big room with a heat pump and a ceiling fan, with it
s own bathroom and kitchenette. The kitchenette is separate from the studio but with it`s own acceess. We are having our washing machine in the kitchenette, and we will use this space only for washing. We provide a bed, fridge, microwave and a two burner gas hob.About the roomies
We are 2 professionals, our young daughter and our small dog living here. When we are not working, we enjoy the outdoors, and this location is ideal for walks in the Redwoods or for a swim in the lakes.
