My husband and myself live in the property we also have a little dog who is friendly. we are a mature couple. No parties. Smoking outside only. No pets allowed. Professionals only, must be working. Couples welcome but the board would be a total of $340 a week. Includes bills and Internet. The room is furnished with a king bed and 2 bedside tables. You have use of the kitchen, washing machine and outside area. We are private people so your privacy would be respected. 2 weeks board is required in advance to secure your room.
