Tanya's room

Located on a quiet street in Hillmorton with heaps of off street parking, 20 minute drive from UC and 15 mins from Riccarton. We have Ngai Puna Wai right on our doorstep and Halswell Quarry around the corner. The room is a comfortable double unfurnished with a built in wardrobe and a large window which soaks up lots of sun.

You’ll be sharing with me and Tim (the homeowners). I work for BNZ and Tim is a builder. We also have a Jack Russell who is the friendliest dog ever, and Tim’s daughter stays every second weekend so our new flattie has to be good with dogs and children :) We’re both friendly and outgoing people but also appreciate everyone needs time to themselves and would respect that in you too. Looking for a like minded individual who is clean, friendly and doesn’t mind doing their share of the housework 😂
