Is in a perfect location for people that want to save gas money, close walk to a bus stop, has everything you need in short walking distance of The Palms shopping mall, even shorter walking distance to the marshlands road block of shops.

About the room itself

Hey folks! We have a single bedroom available in a three bedroom house starting on 22nd of March 2024

• Single person bedroom

• Room size is big enough for a queen sized bed, bed side table and a desk and chair good size for a student.

• The room has been CAT6 Cable Wired under the house (so inside the bedroom itself has an ethernet port so you don’t have to use wireless for all you gamers out there)

• No Wardrobe or Closet, (However hallway storage available + more storage space and in the garage if needed)

• Fully insulated.

• Heatpump in room

• No double glazed windows

• Room includes (If needed) • Desk/Chair • Queen Bed • Sets of draws to pick from (Good for storing clothes) If you need anything else please ask and I’ll see if I can supply it.
