We’re 2x girls in our late 20’s/early 30’s looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is leaving us at the beginning of April (move in date latest the weekend 6/7th April). We’re looking for someone laid back and happy to join our relaxed/social-on-the-weekends flat. Have a look below and let us know if you think you’re a good fit!

• Rent is $200 a week + bills (split evenly each fortnight)
• Bills approx $35-80 pw depending on season and heat pump use!
• Ideally looking for someone in their late 20’s - early 30’s
• No couples please
• On the corner of Fitzgerald Ave & Worcester Street (10 min walk to city centre)
• Biggest room in the flat (big wardrobe)
• There is a small balcony off the living room (big enough for seating and bbq)
• No pets
• Smoking is outside only
• We are a social flat so we hope you’re looking to make friends and get involved with the odd dinner or drinks
• We work Mon-Fri and make the most of our time off with lots of trips and events
• Room is unfurnished but rest of the flat is move in ready and we all contribute to bathroom/cleaning bits etc
• No guaranteed parking space but lots of room on Worcester Street
