Big room located in Rosyln, 10 minute walk from the hospital. Bus stops are right outside the house.

Singles or couples are welcome.

Room is the master bedroom. Big double wardrobe with shelving. Great sunlight throughout the day. This bedroom is the only one on the ground floor, so you will essentially get the main bathroom to yourselves as there is an upstairs one. Only time others would use it is if there are people over. Rent includes the internal access garage and the carport, but excludes the power, bins & flat essentials.

No animals as there is a cat already.

You would be living with three females who keep to ourselves upstairs. Two study & one works full time. There is a three legged cat.
