We have a beautiful 1932 house high on the hill in Napier. Fabulous views of the ocean and trees in a friendly and safe area. Only 2 minutes walk down into Napier city with it’s cafes, restaurants, bars, waterfront cycle and walking tracks, and fabulous hill walks at your doorstep. Only a stones throw away from trendy Ahuriri and it’s lovely little beaches and nightlife. The room itself is large and is unfurnished - can negotiate furnished if necessary. The room gets the afternoon sun and has a leafy outlook. We also have a massive kitchen if you like to cook! No couples please 🙏

You will be living with me as the home owner and my 13 year old son (who’s a great kid and heaps of fun) along with our Japanese friends - a Mother and her 15 year old daughter. We all get along well and it’s positive vibes around here so if you’re clean, tidy, respectful of the family home, love cats (we have 2) music and kids, like a good laugh but also like your own space, you would fit in well. I mostly work from home so the ideal flat-mate will be working full time during the day. We are all respectful and very good natured.
