Lovely home in Aranui, Christchurch. 5min drive to the beach or 15min drive to the city. Off street parking. The home has a lovely big backyard.

Room has just been painted with new curtains, it can come furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom would be shared if there are guests around otherwise it’s yours. It’s a three bedroom house and the third bedroom is set up as an office (currently getting painted so no photo yet sorry)

I would prefer longer term - 6 months plus and the space would be best for a single person. I’m looking for someone 29yo - 36yo.

I keep my home nice and clean and tidy and want it to be a relaxing place after work etc.

I’m a 34yo full time retail worker. I love DIY and Pilates. I’m currently doing some landscaping in the garden and hope to have beautiful flowers come spring.

Maple the sausage dog also lives here. She is the best.
