It has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a study desk, unlimited fibre broadband. You have full use of kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry. 1Km to Supermarket, cafes, take-aways, post office, ATM Doctor, Dentist pharmacy. Bush walks nearby. Covered Bus stop 160metres, (50mins to city by bus) 20 mins to airport by car. 8 mins from State HW 20 intersection

I am an active semi-retired female owner. Interests include travel, reading, theatre, and tennis). Have 1 16year old cat. Won’t suit anyone who does not like cats. I have a self-contained flat downstairs with long term tenant.
