Full use of kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry. 1Km to Supermarket, cafes, take-aways, post office, ATM Doctor, Dentist pharmacy. Bush walks nearby. Bus stop 160metres, (45mins to city by bus) 20 mins to airport by car.

I am a semi-retired female owner. Interests include travel, reading, theatre, and tennis). I currently have another room rented. The tenant (male late 60s) has been in NZ for business and returns to Europe mid-June. Until then you would share bathroom with him (toilet is separate room from bathroom) I have my own ensuite. Will not suit anyone who does not like cats or has allergies (I have 2) I have a self-contained flat downstairs with long term tenant (female 48)
