$250 for single, $320 for couple. Furnished or unfurnished. Has private bathroom. Very big room that is freshly painted, new carpets and heat pump. You will have your own fridge/freezer. Sliding door out to the deck/garden with ensuite bathroom. The room gets lots of afternoon sun. Currently used as home office/spare room but will remove desks/chairs, plants that are shown and add a chest of drawers if you need it furnished. Includes queen bed, side table, table lamp and standing lamp. Includes bills. Looking for roomies 25 years plus.

Would suit working professionals. We’re a married couple in our early 40s. We are chill and enjoy being social. Both working full time professional jobs and studying on evenings/weekends. We have a friendly cat (Rambo) and a small cute dog (Bear) so must like animals. We enjoy hiking, biking, paddleboarding, going on walks and hanging out with mates. Enjoy a social drink and good chats. Not a party house. House is a double story, our room and bathroom is upstairs and the room to rent is downstairs. House is on a quiet street, 1 min walk to the bus stop, 5.5kms from town center.
