We have one room ATM. with a large window opening out onto the deck and one smaller one overlooking green area. Has great sunlight. The house is fully furnished, includes free unlimited wifi. The area back onto Wrights Hill Reserve so is great for those loving to hike. It’s a very quiet neighborhood 2 blocks form the bus stop to town. There is Karori mall a short walk away with Countdown, New World a chemist, public library and anything you need really. Looking for mature flat mates who would love to share our quiet lovely home.
Currently we have two male and one female professionals living in the house. The head tenant, also a working young professional lives on site as well in a small unattached unit but looks after the property.
