• Rent is $170 per week and power bills are generally $45 to $50 per month from what I have seen so far.
• Supermarket is roughly 2km away (takes me about 5mins to get there on my bike)
• Great cheap place for students
• 4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms + laundry machine and dryer
• great wifi reception in the room
• The room is supposed to be unfurnished however you can have the bed, table and desk chair if you want it (optional).

I did not know any of the flatmates before arriving but I have gotten to know them a little after my 2 months of being here. They are all old friends but are inclusive. They are all university students and like going out on the weekends. They are responsible and have been very courteous about noise if they have people over and I have not been able to hear them whilst in my room. They keep the shared living spaces relatively clean. The reason I am leaving has nothing to do with the flatmates or the living arrangements as I very much enjoyed my stay here. I am leaving because I have had a Job opportunity in Hawkes Bay and will be going to the North Island.
