Troy's room

Huge room located at the front of the house, just a door away from a bathroom with a bath/shower.

The house is located in Spreydon area Christchurch, it’s a few minutes away from Barrington mall. The house is spacious and has great sun within winter times and summer so all year round, has two heat pumps plus a fireplace for chilly nights.

The yard is large with a spa at the back to use whenever.

This is my first home and I’m very excited to share it with someone and do what I can with this property.

I am tidy and creative, try to keep busy within my life and with the house. I’m a gamer and a fine art painter, I try to garden from time to time growing veggies etc.

I’m 30 years old and the only other flatmate is my cat who is partly indoors, only outside while being supervised. So would want someone to respect that.

I try to cook and I will say I’m pretty decent but still learning the ropes of not making it boring 😂 happy to share food but would prefer to do my own.
