Privately owned home close to the city but with a sunny & rural vibe given the location. Room is fully insulated, recently renovated and can be furnished or left for you to use your own furniture. House has a good deck and yard for chilling in the sun, fruit trees in the back and has loads of privacy and sun. On street parking available but plenty of room so you’ll always get a park. The house is in a quiet private end of the street and the neighbors are all friendly and look out for each other.

I’m the home owner and you’ll be sharing with me and 1 cat who is pretty chilled. I work full time and love classic cars, hiking, music and bbq-ing.
