Built-in wardrobe, double-glazed windows, heat pump/AC, and large sliding door that gives a great indoor-outdoor experience. The bedroom’s previous person had space for a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a Tallboy dresser, and an armchair.

The bus stop is right outside the house and takes you to Papamoa Plaza, Bayfair Mall, and Tauranga CBD

The house is less than a 2-minute walk from Papamoa Beach a 2-minute drive to Papamoa Plaza has Supermarkets, restaurants, a Medical centre, Bar, takeout, retail stores, Gym etc

1 x Male in his early 40s who works full-time for local government and is hardly home, when l am home I’m quiet and respectful, and enjoy my peace so if you’re looking for a party house this ISN’T for you.
