I will consider couples, at a higher rent amount. 3 bedroom house, room to rent is the master room with a built in robe. 1960s home, with fireplace and multiroom heatpump. There is room in the study for another computer should you want a place to study. Potential to have off street parking and room in garage to store a bike. The house is alarmed/monitored by me using a phone app.

Im a qualified electrician/homeowner. I spend most of the weekends outside/away from home. Im pretty quiet and try to be respectful. I dont really have people around much, just a mate here and there.
