Lovely 3 bedroom home in Papanui/ Bryndwr area- close to Northlands mall and all good shops. All bedrooms and the x1 bathroom are currently being renovated- brand new bathroom. New carpet, lights and paint in bedrooms. The house is fully furnished, except the room. You will need to bring your own bed and any other bedroom furniture you’d like. Double garage on a full sized section- Heatpump- After tidy, quiet and respectful roommates.

I work full-time in sales- Ideally I’d like to live with someone who does not work from home.

I am a social person person who loves golf/ fishing/ running and adventures. Fine with smokers/ vapers.

Much prefer singles but open to couples.

Open to renting the room for 6 months or more, perfect for those visiting NZ on WH visas and also happy to discuss renting to FIFO, People who travel a lot for work or pet/house sitters that need a homebase between jobs.
