Glandovey Road

The house is very close to Riccarton. Not too far to UC or Central City. 3 Bedrooms, 1 bath and shower, separate toilet. The property is fully fenced with a decent sized front and backyard. There’s 2 single garages out back. Driveway is only wide enough for one car, at the moment we are doing lots of planning so the whoever’s leaving earliest in the morning can get out ;), but there’s also street parking.

My partner and I have recently moved back to Christchurch after living down south for a couple of years. Jodie is studying a bachelor of science at UC and I have started an electrical apprenticeship. My younger brother moved in with us and has just moved to Christchurch as well, down from Wellington. Jodie and I love getting outdoors and have both done tertiary study in the field. We have a dog, Ollie, who is about a year and a half old. He’s golden retriever cross and is a medium to large dog, ~25-30kg. He is very friendly and well trained.
