About the room
Welcome to our home sweet home to three working professionals in our mid and late 20s. You will be living with one female on the top floor, couples on their own seperate space downstairs. Sharing kitchen and lounge. Bathroom upstairs is recently renovated. Shower and bathtub included.
This is a large unfurnished room, with two large built in wardrobes and a small low table.
The house is situated in lower slope of Kelson hill, has wide street for plenty of parking spaces and is only 3 mins drives to central Hutt, and 16-20 mins drive to central Wellington. To live here, having a car is ideal.
This is a safe home environment. This is not a party house. We are all friendly, responsible and treating this place as a home. So we are looking for someone who would love to live here as much as we do.
Adult pet cat is negotiable with additional cost.
About the roomies
Two female working in healthcare and one professional male in tourism. All very tidy, friendly and good yarn.
