The facilities are shared eg kitchen, laundry, bathroom, dining ect. There’s a fairly generous amount of room for your vehicle inside the gates. The garage is 420 friendly, the beach is a 5min walk away. The dairy, fish n chip joint, plus 2 restaurants are 2mins away. Golf course is 2 minutes away as well.

I’m the home owner, work the Monday to Friday jam. Not really a big social person. The bro leaving which means I have a room for rent again.
