Room is good size and has double wardrobe. You and the other boarder share a kitchenette (air fryer, dual hot plate, microwave, toaster and kettle) in the garage, including a full size fridge and your own pantry. Dishes/cutlery is all included. Springfield Dairy, Guidough’s and fish & chips shop is within walking distance. Bus stop right up the road. Onstreet parking on a safe cul-de-sac street.

Homeowner couple in their 40s; we maintain the upstairs portion of the house (non accessible to boarders) and a single guy in his 40s. Rooms are on the first floor, giving a sense of privacy. Bathroom is shared by everyone (separate toilet room). Must be okay with cats, as we have a few.
You MUST: **Be working full time or be a full time student **Pay board on time- same day each week (no bi weekly payments) **Be responsible, considerate of everyone else in the house. Being tidy and cleaning up after yourself is essential. **Vape/smoke OUTSIDE ONLY **Not have a drinking or drug problem **Let us know ahead of time if you’re having an overnight guest.

This is NOT a party house- while we’re all friendly and easy going, we keep to ourselves and are respectful of privacy and bounderies.
