I’m looking for a flatmate in my new house. You would have your own bedroom (unfurnished) but would get your own bathroom & toilet. The house has a huge garden, is featuring double glazing, heat pump, a log burner in the living room for a cozy fire when its cold and a covered patio for BBQs in the summer. There’s space in the garage for your car too :-)

Rent is $275/week and including expenses (wifi, electricity &gas).

You’ll be living with me, a friendly 37 year old professional, working in the optical industry as a trainer, and my little ‘sidekick’ Cooper 🐕, so being a dog lover is a must.

I’m very tidy and I’m seeking a young professional flatmate of similarish age, who’s social, likes to hang out now and then for a G&T or games night, is clean, fun & respectful.
