Furnished room. The house has a beautiful cottage garden on the 820sqm section in a charming heritage and character listed area. This 1920s bungalow has well and truly being brought into the 21st century with double glazing, and insulation. I have a log burner and a pellet fire as well as a heat pump to keep it toasty and warm on cold days and nights, it’s warm dry insulated and the room comes with a built in wardrobe and bedside table. There is a veggie garden with blueberries, gooseberries, rhubarb, herbs, and a greenhouse which grows tomatoes in season. Just a short walk to Merivale mall and on the fringe of the city, it’s a lovely place to call home.

I’m 33 years old and I live here by myself and get up early and go to the gym most days. I am a full time working professional. When I have time I like to go hiking and surfing, when I’m not working around the house! ☺️
