Large, furnished room in a characterful 3 bedroom house.
Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. Shower room is beside the bedroom. The toilet is at the back of the house- you have to walk through the living area to get there. The house is comfortable, clean and tidy, however, please note that there are not a lot of modern appliances. But there is central heating via a ducted heat pump.

Nice quiet street. 500m away, at Victory Square, there are dairies, takeaways, a pharmacy and a laundromat. Flat 2km bike ride to town or 25 minute walk.

I’m looking for a respectful flatmate(s) who is friendly and environmentally conscious. It’s a peaceful space. One dog maybe considered (would need to negotiate cost/ conditions). Sorry no cats.

You would be sharing the house with me- female owner, aged 40. I am creating a garden using permaculture principals. I’m also into outdoor activities (tramping etc), running, mountain biking and art. I work in education/ not-for-profit. The price is for one person, including unlimited wifi, and reasonable use of power and water.
