House is in Papanui, just down the road from Bishopdale New World, Kmart, Northlands Mall etc.

Both rooms include power, high speed unlimited internet and household supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.) Also use of washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

We have Netflix, Disney, neon, Amazon prime etc.

Queen bed can be provided for $10 extra a week if wanted.

Room 1: $250/week

Double bedroom has a built in wardrobe and big windows for lots of light.

Room 2: Large sleepout room. Insulated and warm. Perfect size to have a wee lounge/kitchenette area as well as the bedroom. Bathroom and kitchen inside the house. $300 a week ($350 for a couple)

The rest of the house has two additional bedrooms, large open-plan living room and kitchen. Heat pump, heat transfer unit and fireplace. It’s very warm and dry.

We are a couple in our early 30s/40s with 3 greyhounds.

I work from home in a separate little nail studio.

Need someone quiet and tidy that doesn’t have heaps of people over 🤣 I work a lot and value quiet time at home.

I’m Chantelle! A 32 year old nail tech that works from home. I work a lot but when I’m not you’ll find me crafting or reading. I live with my partner Jonny, a 43 year old working professional who loves sport, quizzes and movies. We also live with our 3 retired greyhounds, Sammy (3 legs), Peachy (no teeth) and Andrew (little cutie pie).
