Double room available in my cosy Stokes Valley house. Pictured here with a queen size bed base, the room is big enough for a double bed and a couple other pieces of furniture and has an inbuilt wardrobe. The window looks out onto the private back garden where you’re welcome to grow some plants of your own, happy to clear a space for some garden boxes if you want something you can move around.

Utilities split monthly, bond is 2 weeks rent.

Might accept pets judged on a case by case basis but the backyard is not enclosed and the house is small so no medium or large dogs sorry. Must be LGBT friendly… and preferably friendly in general!

You’ll be living with the owner (me). I’m in my early 30s, usually busy with a day job and hobbies/life, but I also like having a chat and socialising with housemates when I’m home just as much as I like having quiet time to myself.

Looking for people who can follow a basic chore wheel and keep things tidyish. Must be queer friendly and generally a good egg.
