1970’s house- 3 bedrooms, seperate toilet from the bathroom (includes a bath). Located in Lansdowne, Masterton - Close to the Hospital.
Currently living here is 28yr old female who owns the home, likes to be active and do cooking / baking. A puppy will be living here as well from June
2x rooms to choose from at the moment Reasonable size, one gets morning sun, the other afternoon sun.
Both come with built in wardrobes with shelving, and a set of draws are available t use if required.
$180 per week of $260 per week for a couple Power / Internet split monthly
Preferred flatmate: Looking for someone (or a couple) who are clean and tidy, and will help around the house. Quiet but enjoy being social - although not a party house
About the roomies
28yr old female who owns the house currently living in the house, will soon be joined by a puppy end of May.
Likes to be active and keep fit, enjoy cooking /baking and if developing a Vege Garden.
