Quiet secluded property with lovely gardens and lots of greenery, just a short 10 minute drive out of masterton town. No empty garage space currently but plenty of off street parking. Large above ground pool. You will share a cozy 3 bedroom home with a mature women, a cat and a dog. Seperate bathroom and toilet. Washing machine only no dryer. Basic kitchen no microwave but happy if you want to bring your own. Cozy free standing fire place with a wet back to heat the water. Firewood in winter would be a shared cost. There are two rooms to choose from both have a small basic wardrobe and large aluminum windows, not currently furnished but could supply basic furnishings if needed

Mature women in 60s who enjoys gardening and keeping busy. Likes to keep a tidy home so roomie must also be someone who is clean and tidy and who has initiative. Enjoys company and socializing but also enjoys own space. Enjoys a few wines. Smokes outside

Would consider a couple preferably if working. No kids sorry
