About the Space: The house is in a quiet location, surrounded by a reserve, with easy access to the airport and motorway. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share a clean, comfortable home.

Room: Double size and furnished.

Shared Areas: Spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities.

Bond: 2 weeks.

The household is also home to a well-behaved cat, who is friendly and enjoys the company of humans. The cat is independent and is usually content lounging around the house or exploring quietly. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, our cozy townhouse offers a comfortable quiet living.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living area for relaxation, and a deck for enjoying the fresh air. With shared house duties and expenses, we ensure affordability and fairness in maintaining our home. Please note, this is not a Hotel or Serviced apartment. You will be expected to share a house duties as cleaning and keeping the place clean and tidy.
