About the room
Our home is a new built 2 story duplex. We have a fully furnished 3 bedroom and a 2 bathroom house. We are looking for a flatmate to move into our furnished ensuite room with private bathroom. The living, dining and kitchen area will be shared. Bills including water, electricity, gas and wifi will be covered in the rent. Off street parking is available.
We are 2 minutes drive away from Mangere town centre and a bus station. Mangere town centre includes pak n save, countdown and takeaways. We are 5 minutes drive away from the Motorway and 10 minutes drive to the train station.
We are looking for a someone who respects our privacy, is friendly and keeps the room clean and tidy.
No smokers, no couples.

We are a married couple who work full time and enjoy watching movies and travelling.
