Big furnished Ensuite room in Mangere.

Seeking a flatmate/couple

-10 minutes drive from the train station and airport -5 minutes drive away from motorway

The living, dining and kitchen area will be shared.

$350 p/w for ensuite room for a single person- water, electricity, gas and wifi will be included in the rent OR for a Couple $460 including.

Plenty off street parking is also available.

We are looking for a someone who respects our privacy, is friendly and keeps the room clean and tidy 😊

No smokers.

We have a pet kitten, so prefer not to have any more pets.

(note - if you choose ensuite room - furniture provided will be similar to the photos - one double bed and one side table - see last photo for furniture)
