Hi 😊 are you looking for a relaxing new place to call home? We’re looking for someone to join us in our peaceful, sunny two-storey house on a safe and quiet street in Mangere Bridge / Favona.

We are located close to everything, 5 min to the motorway, 5 min to supermarkets + multiple town centres, 10 min to the airport and 20 min to the city centre. There is also a bus stop to the city 7 min walk away.

About the room 🛏️

• 215 per week + 30 per week for expenses
• warm, bright and freshly-cleaned
• currently furnished, but can also be unfurnished with space for a queen bed and additional furniture
• generous built in double wardrobe
• new heat pump
• shares a bathroom with two people
• houseplants flourish in this room
• located on the second storey

• two spacious shared living rooms
• two shared bathrooms

• 3 x young professionals (mid twenties to thirties) including myself (Lisa), Michael and Ryan
• bonus flatmate, our wobbly, quirky cat called Quincy (pictured)
• we are friendly and respectful people and LGBTQIA+ friendly
• we all work 9-5 jobs in logistics, lab testing and the public sector respectively
• Quincy is unemployed aside from his self appointed role of catching bugs
• we don’t always see each other (typically only at dinner time) but appreciate a nice chat when we do 🙂
• we are not a party flat but guests are welcome
