About the room

Modern large house in a quiet cul de sac and a great safe area. Walking distance to Chartwell Shopping Centre. The room has a queen bed with a bathroom and toilet next door -I have an ensuite.
One other guy here at present who is moving out this month. NO COUPLES sorry.
