Big house with a big garden. This is the only bedroom on the lower level with a lock on the inside of the door. Very quiet road and a short walk to Manly Village

I am a 53 year old father of two gorgeous boys, a 4 year old and an 8 year old, who I have as much as I can and am hoping to have them full time. Because I have two young boys I am looking for a certain demographic, no monsters and no bad guys. Happy to chat, listen to you vent about your terrible day, or just leave you alone to chill.
