Self contained studio sleepout available in Thorndon. This studio is fully self contained with a bathroom, kitchen (including an oven and stovetop!) and washing machine. You’ll have a view of the harbour from the front door, and there’s space for a private courtyard. The room can easily fit a double/queen bed, small couch, desk etc.
Bills are shared with the house, which means you’re only paying $20 per week for gas, electricity and wifi. We also share the deck and garden which includes lemon and lime trees, and the washing line.
We have a great location with only a 15 minute walk to Lambton Quay, or the number 14 bus stop is 1 minute away. The street is quiet but we’re super close to town so it’s ideal.
There are four flatmates (2M, 2F) in the main house. We’re all in our mid 20s - early 30s, friendly, independent, clean tidy, all love cooking and a wine. We’re always around for a chat or catch up.
