With rooms available in modern 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom shared apartments, this is the perfect place to settle in, study, relax, and make lifelong connections.
Please note, you’ll be renting a bedroom within a shared apartment, not the whole apartment.
Applications for 2026 are now open until 22 January 2028, giving you the flexibility to apply now and extend your stay.

Your rent covers electricity, internet, and central heating during winter, and move-in costs include a 4-week bond, one week’s rent in advance, and a one-off $99 internet connection fee.
Your bedroom comes ready with a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe, while the apartment features a comfy sofa, dining table, washer, fridge/freezer, and all essential kitchen gear. All you need to bring is your suitcase and your best smile.
Residents love our large common room with games and a TV, our fully equipped gym, the relaxing courtyard, and the convenience of having on-site reception for parcel collection, vacuum hire, and any enquiries.
Stafford House is a peaceful and friendly community, so we kindly ask that all residents help us keep it that way—no party animals, please.
