Rent a fully furnished bedroom in our vibrant student and residential apartment building and enjoy living alongside friendly, like-minded students and professionals. With rooms available in modern 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom shared apartments, this is the perfect place to settle in, study, relax, and make lifelong connections.

Please note, you’ll be renting a bedroom within a shared apartment, not the whole apartment.

Your rent covers electricity, internet, and central heating during winter, and move-in costs include a 4-week bond, one week’s rent in advance, and a one-off $99 internet connection fee.

Your bedroom comes ready with a single bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe, while the apartment features a comfy sofa, dining table, washer, fridge/freezer, and all essential kitchen gear. All you need to bring is your suitcase and your best smile.

Residents love our large common room with games and a TV, our fully equipped gym, the relaxing courtyard, and the convenience of having on-site reception for parcel collection, vacuum hire, and any enquiries.
