Price is weekly, EXCLUDES winter power, (+$20 PER WEEK for single working person). Heat pump, kitchenette, queen bed, lounge and dining areas. Under cover outdoor kitchen/dining immediately exterior to your room, (gas and electric hobs, electric fry pan and wok and bbq, round plug in oven, pizza oven on the way). Immediate access and view to the back garden and also large middle courtyard. OWN ENTRY and lockable. My extended family live in the main house. Suit family oriented flatmate. Shared Bathroom is across the courtyard as is the kitchen sink. Room has no water but has air con for heating and a ceiling fan for those hot summer days. The room is perfectly situated to get the afternoon winter sun while avoiding 95% of the afternoon summer sun. Prefer single and long term flatmate but can do port in a storm short term let. Small family welcome(1 child). Walking distance to Napier City and Ahuriri. 5 mins walk to bus stop and Marewa shopping centre with numerous food outlets, $123 shop, four square and post office.

2 very lovely chaps, not home much, share the space. One works afternoons most days til late. They don’t really cook. My extended family and I (4 of us) are in the main house. Two small children visit. (Additional exterior toilet tent with camping potty will also be available soon in the rear garden). Hoping to get swimming pool up and running for summer. This is a home and you will be treated as family as we expect to be treated in turn.
