A private, fully self-contained two bedroom unit ideal for a quiet, tidy, and respectful individual, or Perfect for working professionals or seasonal travellers who value their own space. Pref short term over seasonal months yet flexible for discussion on long term also.

You have your own private Kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom, toilet, and a small outdoor area Appliances included are Gas stove (first two gas bottles provided), microwave, air fryer, fridge, washing machine (No oven, but a portable one can be arranged) Unit has a Heat pump- and a HRV system (which is connected through from the main homestead) Power, internet, water, rubbish removal, and lawn maintenance included. One dedicated car space

About the roomies

We are a small young family, who reside in the main homestead attached to the unit but we reside completely separate - we have a small dog who is friendly and kept mostly out the back of the homestead. We are very friendly, and respectful of others and keep mostly to ourselves.
