About the room
One room available. Newly finished renovation with bathroom & toilet, every room was newly painted. New queen bed with comfortable mattress in each room, new drawers, study desk and chair can be provided if needed. Bedding will be provided if needed. New 55-inch smart TV and new sofa, new fridge, new air fry, new rice cooker, new dish washer and so on.
10 mins walking to EIT, close to taradale high and other schools. You will be living with the house owner who is at his mid-late 30s having a full-time job.
Rent is $240/week, including WIFI (fast fiber), fire wood, house general expense (such as rubbish bags/toilet papers/dish wash liquid/washing liquid/cleaning stuff and etc). Power bill will be shared. Food and personal used items will be provided by roomate.
Roomate ideally may have a full-time job or being a full-time student. Two weeks bond. Reference may needed for checking, thanks.
