The home is in a lovely quiet part of Taradale, Napier. Share the bathroom with 1 other person. The owner of property lives in a separate area of home with his own second lounge and bathroom.

$260 per week for single OR $380 per week for couple - INCLUDES Power, WIFI. Lawns & gardens taken care of by the owner of the property.

Bond $380, refunded at end of stay.

Fully furnished bedroom with queen or double bed, desk, fan and wardrobe. All bedding, towels and household items provided for your use.

Close to supermarket, shops and cycle tracks.

Working full time during the daytime, quiet, friendly and clean. I live independently as many work commitments.
