One bedroom may be available on a per night bssis up to one week at a time for those wanting short term accommodation. The bedroom is fully furnished with balcony access. The house features three bedrooms upstairs, two living areas, tasteful furnishings, and stunning views. I have a private ensuite. The property boasts expansive decks, a jacuzzi, and beautiful gardens. Street parking is available for vehicles. The home has unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, Sky TV and two Tv’s. You supply your own food and personal requirements. E bus stop is 250 metres away and operates every half hour 7am to 7pm seven days a week. No pets allowed No vaping, smoking or drugs allowed on property. No visitors allowed without approval. Honesty is the most important quality I value

I am semi-retired. Bathroom is shared with my grand-daughters 7 & 12 once a month or so. I like music and movies. I also enjoy cooking. No smoking, vaping or drugs on the property. I have had 7 female roomies in the last 7 years from Ukraine, Taiwan, India, USA, Nepal, Canada and NZ. They have all enjoyed being a roomie here. References available.
