About the room

Hello We have a double room coming available 27th June. We have a large near new home that overlooks the lake and mountains that surround Queenstown, Central to all areas, close to bus stop for each direction and Ski Field bus stop. We are also located close / above the bus stops for in / out of town and surrounding areas. There is a double bedroom (linen supplied) and a lounge. Outside the lounge goes onto a nice lawn area. Upstairs is a very nice kitchen area. The rental is $600.00 per week - No Bond. Its a nice warm home. There are No other costs. This includes power & Wi-fi. If you are in Queenstown, we can arrange a viewing if you wish. Terms, 2 months to long term stays are fine. There are a couple of references at the bottom of this if you wish to read. About the roomies

Dianne & Blair own and live in the property. The room to rent is in a separate area to our main room as is the lounge, bathroom and outside lawn area facing the lake & mountains.
